By applying for membership, accessing, or using the Built For Care platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Built For Care is operated by Tanner Landry ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Texas.
Built For Care is a private membership network for residential assisted living (RAL) professionals. Membership is granted by application only. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the application process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you have paid for. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without refund.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (profile information, property listings, photos, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.
Member profile and property information is made available to other verified members of the network for professional referral and networking purposes only. You agree not to use this information for unsolicited marketing, resale, or any purpose outside of the Built For Care network.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations regarding the accuracy of information submitted by other members.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Built For Care and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your membership at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify members of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
